At Sellerauthentic, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund procedures for our moving and transport services.

Service Cancellations

We want to be flexible with your moving needs while also protecting our business operations. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties.

Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel or reschedule your moving service according to the following terms:

  • More than 7 days before scheduled move: Full refund of any deposit paid, no cancellation fee
  • 3-7 days before scheduled move: 50% refund of deposit, with option to reschedule without additional fees
  • Less than 3 days before scheduled move: No refund, but you may reschedule for a fee equal to 25% of the estimated service cost
  • Same-day cancellation: No refund and no rescheduling option

Cancellation by Sellerauthentic

We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled move in the following circumstances:

  • Severe weather conditions that make moving unsafe
  • Road closures or other circumstances beyond our control
  • Customer has not provided accurate information about the move
  • Safety concerns regarding the moving environment
  • Non-payment or payment issues

If we cancel your move, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, and we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost when circumstances allow.

Rescheduling Your Move

We understand that flexibility is important. You may reschedule your move according to the following guidelines:

  • First rescheduling request made more than 7 days in advance is free of charge
  • Rescheduling requests made 3-7 days in advance may incur a small administrative fee
  • Multiple rescheduling requests may incur additional fees
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability of our moving team

Refund Process

When applicable, refunds will be processed according to the following procedure:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our contact form
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed

Service Modifications

If you need to modify your service after booking:

  • Minor changes to inventory or services can usually be accommodated without additional fees if communicated in advance
  • Significant changes may result in a revised quote
  • Changes made on the day of the move may incur additional charges
  • We will provide you with updated pricing for any modifications before proceeding

Service Quality Issues

If you are not satisfied with our moving services:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of service completion
  • Provide detailed information about the issue, including photos if applicable
  • We will investigate all complaints promptly and thoroughly
  • We may offer remedies including partial refunds, discounts on future services, or other appropriate compensation

Deposits and Payments

Our standard payment terms are as follows:

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking, typically 20-30% of the estimated total
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made
  • Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations as outlined above
  • All payments must be made by the agreed method

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.
